Office Policies

For your convenience, we accept payment with cash, debit cards and most major credit cards. Please ask our experienced team if you have any questions or concerns.

As of  May 1, 2018 the office will be enforcing a Broken Appointment fee of $50 for a missed appointment. Should you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you kindly give a notice of cancellation before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Canceling same day appointments may be subject to the missed appointment fee as well.
